1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2 business days of payment confirmation, excluding public holidays.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Metro cities: approx 3-5 business days
• Other locations: approx 5-8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders with a subtotal of ₹1,999 or more (after any discounts).
• For orders below ₹1,999, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the actual courier cost for your delivery location.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email, and can also track status from your order history page on this site.

6. Delivery Issues

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Aura 5 is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
